THE LAND
A desert growing environment
Quail Rock sits in Valle Vista, Arizona—a high-desert setting near Kingman shaped by dry air, elevation, and long, warm days followed by cooler nights.
The vineyard extends across five acres of the property and includes approximately 5,000 vines representing five grape varieties.
Each season is tended on a small scale, with hand pruning and care given to the individual rows and changing desert conditions.

THE HARVEST
A restored 1988 French Vectur harvester
At the center of our harvesting process is a 1988 French Vectur grape harvester, restored and returned to service at Quail Rock.
It remains a working piece of vineyard equipment and an important part in how all of our grapes are harvested from our rows.
Restored machinery and a small-scale harvest remain part of our property's character.
